In my rental history for almost 20 years in Australia, it was one of the best, quickest, easiest and convenient experience in relation to the application process and inspection with professional staff like Jay Yazbek.
She was very nice and explained everything about the property and showed me everywhere , even looking for bay and storage cage in the car park.
She answered my question very calmly and was not in rush as some agent do.
My application was approved very quickly even was able to negotiate the rent.

We had a bitter experience from previous renowned real estate company from Bankstown area where our property was in teh market in search of potential for more than 1.5 months without outcome. We approached another agency and we had property manager Jacqueline Farah (Jackie) visited our place and gathered all the requirements.
